We grow fresh produce, share it at local farmers' markets, use it in our cooking, and turn our gardens into living classrooms where people learn practical skills they can use for a lifetime. Our mission is simple: to help you grow, cook, and create opportunities for yourself and your family in today's busy world.
As the old proverb says, "Give a person a fish, and you feed them for a day. Teach them to fish, and you feed them for a lifetime." We believe the same is true for gardening, cooking, and self-sufficiency. By teaching people how to grow their own food, prepare wholesome meals from scratch, and even create income through these skills, we're investing in healthier families and stronger communities.
In addition to our educational programs, we're a full-service catering and floral design company dedicated to making your special occasions memorable. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, family gathering, or celebration, we create delicious, scratch-made meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever they're in season. Because we prepare everything ourselves, we have complete control over the quality and the amount of salt and sugar in every dish.
Our floral services include both fresh and silk arrangements, and we offer a variety of rental décor to help bring your vision to life. We also provide flowers and catering for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, sympathy services, get-well wishes, and many other special occasions.
We also have great volunteer opportunities for hands-on experience.
